What is DBZ: An
introduction, prologue, or newbie guide for anyone new to DBZ.

In Ancient Times, lived a brutal Saiyan warrior race. They all had 2 things in common. First, they all had tails. And second they loved too fight. They¡¯d scatter across the universe destroying planets for their own amusement. The Saiyans used to live with another race, The Tuffels. The Tuffels were a peaceful race, and had advanced technology on their side. The saiyans would conquer planets for The Tuffels, and in return would restore technology to their hands.
One day, when the saiyans thought that they were tricked into being slaves, they assaulted The Tuffels, calling the planet after their king, Vegeta . (King Vegeta.) Even with their saiyan pride and strength, The Tuffels had technology and numbers on their side. Quickly taking advantage of the battlefield, the saiyans went into drastic measures, and revealed a horrifying secret. Every Full Moon, The Saiyans have the ability to transform into giant, uncontrollable ape-like creatures. Very few survived this massacre, all the other Tuffels were slaughtered, then killed.
Frieza, the strongest being in the universe at that time, is responsible for the destruction of the planet ¡°Vegeta.¡± The fathers of the strongest god-like beings, ¡°Son Goku¡± and ¡°Prince Vegeta¡± assassinated Frieza head-on, hoping for defeated. Even with large numbers on their side, the proud saiyan warriors were no match for Freiza, and were disposed of in one blowing attack. Frieza can destroy planets with her fingertips, and destroyed planet Vegeta, in a snap of your fingers. Only 4 knowing survivors remain.
Goku, was sent to a targeted planet in a space pod as a baby by the saiyans to become planet crushers for weak planets like earth. Luckily, he was sent minutes before the blast. But Goku wasn¡¯t like other saiyans; he fought for peace and justice. And, instead of being the world¡¯s most infamous destroyer as the saiyans intended, he grew up to be the earth¡¯s greatest defender. And when Picolo Diammo (King Piccolo) rose from the shadows to rule the world, Goku was their again to save the day.
Now, a new threat rises. An evil far more powerful then any other, and Son Goku must join forces with his old enemies to defeat this powerful threat.
